Rowing youth successful in Limburg

After the rowing youth travelled to a training camp on the Altrhein in Erfelden in the last week of the holidays, the regatta in Limburg was directly on the programme the following weekend. Since, due to the extensive race programme, some classes weren't offered on Saturday, Laura, Bruno and Conrad each had to start in higher weight or performance classes in the single. They acquitted themselves astonishingly well, even if it wasn't enough for a win. Hadrian had botched the start in his junior A single race on Saturday and therefore had to settle for second place. On Sunday everything then went smoothly and he was able to take a confident win. The end of every race day for us was the junior A double with Hadrian and Conrad, who, with fast, powerful strokes, pulled away from their competition on both race days and thus brought home two wins for the FRVS. We thank the organisers of the Limburg rowing regatta and our supporters in the club for the boat transport. The rowing youth spent a lovely weekend in Limburg and are already looking forward to the next regatta.
